Hi, I’m Eli.
I align ecosystems around entrepreneurs from Gainesville, Florida. That looks like coaching a small room of builders through a program called Elign, teaching kids to wield AI, tending a give-first mentor network, hosting a podcast that amplifies local voices for TEDxGainesville, filming cinematic legacy letters with elders, teaching acroyoga after school, stewarding an intentional community, and making a few goods I actually use.
Different doors, one belief: you don’t have to shrink to fit the system. #Heartfeltgood
Eight ways in
What are you building?
Tell me in one line. This starts a conversation, not a newsletter.
Become who you are.
One letter a month, nothing more.
The podcast
Amplifying local voices on a global stage.
Ordinary people. Extraordinary ideas. Heard clearly, on their own terms.
Unimpeded Speech is a video podcast that began inside TEDxGainesville, where I curate speakers. Before any stage, we sit down and let the idea breathe: a real conversation, not an audition.
House rules: the speaker is the hero, never the brand. No hype, no clickbait, no sanding a voice down into polish. If a sentence carries your character, it stays exactly as you said it.

The community
A heartwarming welcome home.
The world drains people. We circulate them back.
Vena Cava is an alcohol-free, eco-friendly burn community in Gainesville, Florida: fire jams, ceremony, flow arts, and a garden tended by many hands. Nothing here is for sale. It runs on gifts, sweat, and showing up.
First time? Fire jams welcome beginners. And if giving is your love language, meet FAM.
The program
Invest in your becoming.
Eight builders. One room. One system for closing the gap between what you see and what you ship.
Elign is the alignment system I ran one on one at $1,000 a month, rebuilt for a small room. Across six live stages we move from who you are to what you ship: Ikigai Moat, Business Model, Brandstorming, and on through launch, with AI doing the heavy lifting at every step.
Twelve builders went through Cohort 0. Cohort 1 is the first with open doors, and it is capped at eight people on purpose. Small enough that nobody hides. Big enough that nobody builds alone.
The room decides the price.
Everyone pays the same, and the fuller the room, the less each person pays.
| Builders in the room | Each pays |
|---|---|
| 5 | $800 |
| 6 | $700 |
| 7 | $600 |
| 8 max | $500 |
Yes, that means inviting a friend literally lowers your price.

Founder Accelerator Mastermind
Give first.
Mentorship is free here. That is the point.
FAM is the Founder Accelerator Mastermind: a give-first network where mentorship flows one hour a month, given freely by more than a hundred people who have already built. Priced like a product, mentorship stops being mentorship. So we never priced it.
Want to give an hour? Want to receive one? Both doors are open.
Tell me what you need
In your own words. I read these myself and make the connection.

The archive · FAM 2023
Entrepreneurship as a healing art.
Pay what you want; become who you need.
For two days in May 2023 at Blount Hall in Gainesville, the Founder Accelerator Mastermind bridged the startup ecosystem and the healing arts community. Founders learned brand, design, marketing, and sales while practicing mindful self-care between every session. Everything ran on donations.
The program counted itself down like a launch:
Day one was brand design; day two was sales and marketing. The room was led by founders who gave first: Marc Lefton, Brooke Rosen, Aashi Faldu, Jenna Horner, Clif Roberts, Grant Walker, Maggie Rucker, David Ames, Madhavi Glick, Michael Amish, and Andrew Solomon, with six SCORE mentors carrying the after-care for thirty days beyond the closing ceremony.
FAM never ended. It became the network you just walked through.

The kids program
AI 4 Kids.
The youngest builders deserve the newest tools.
AI 4 Kids teaches children to wield AI the way they wield crayons: as a tool for making things, not a machine that makes things for them. Curiosity first, screens second, always hands on.
This program is early and growing on purpose. If you are a parent, a teacher, or a school that wants AI literacy taught with care, I want to hear from you before anyone else.
Raise a hand

The films
Hear their stories forever.
Legacy Love Letters: presence, preserved in light, laughter, and the wisdom of their advice.
Legacy Love Letters films cinema-quality interviews with your elder loved ones: their stories, their laughter, the advice only they can give. Multi-camera, professionally lit, gently guided, and finished within two weeks.
One relaxed afternoon becomes an heirloom your family keeps forever. Ten percent of every session goes to a charity of your loved one’s choice. Serving North Central Florida.

The practice
Play safely together.
Afterschool Acroyoga, in Gainesville schools.
Afterschool Acroyoga brings partner movement, meditation, and breathwork to students of every age and level. Kids build strength, flexibility, trust, and body awareness through poses and games that meet them where they are.
I’ve taught acro since 2016, from festival fields to school gyms. The style is simple: slow down, speak gently, play safely together.
Want acro at your school? Come talk to me, free.
The goods
Alien Monkeys.
Small-batch goods I make and actually use.
Every item here exists because I wanted it to exist: made carefully, used daily, and shared once people kept asking where to get one. Nothing is for sale yet. That is what the list below is for.
